項目成本管理就是要確保在批準的預(yù)算內(nèi)完成項目，具體項目要依靠制定成本管理計劃、成本估算、成本預(yù)算、成本控制四個過程來完成。本課程采用國際上先進的成本管理方法論，結(jié)合中國本土企業(yè)的實際情況，以豐富案例為主線，使學(xué)員了解最佳項目成本控制體系，并能切實有效降低項目成本，實現(xiàn)項目價值與企業(yè)價值最大化。
